Can I rent from overseas?
Yes — after a WeChat video tour we send a bilingual agreement to sign remotely, and you move straight in when you arrive.
Is my bond protected?
Bonds under standard tenancies are lodged with NZ government Tenancy Services and refunded through the official process; arrangements for owner-shared homes are set out in the agreement.
Any fees before signing?
No. Viewings and enquiries are free; nothing is payable before a signed agreement, and there is no agent fee.
How do I pay rent?
Weekly or fortnightly bank transfer to the NZ account named on your agreement.
What about bills?
It varies by listing — see the Bills line on each listing, or just ask in the booking form.
