Privacy notice

What you enter in the viewing / enquiry form: your name, contact details (WeChat / email / phone), move-in preferences (preferred date, occupants, lease term, viewing times) and your message. To prevent abuse we also record a salted hash of your IP address plus your browser's user-agent — the hash cannot be reversed to your original IP.

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and follow up with you. We handle your personal information under the NZ Privacy Act 2020. This site uses no third-party marketing or analytics trackers; a Cloudflare human-verification widget may load when needed.

Enquiries are anonymized after 12 months (no longer linked to you personally); submissions identified as spam are purged after 90 days.

Your information is seen and used only by the family operating this site. It is never sold, and never shared with anyone beyond the operators.
